.32 NAA

It's been a very busy month for the NAA team; activities have included our displaying at a variety of trade shows in Reno (Safari Club), Orlando (SHOT Show), Phoenix (Sports Inc.), Ft. Worth (NBS) and Phoenix (again) for industry association meetings. Our next show will be in the annual convention of the NRA in Orlando (again), which is open to the general public; we look forward to seeing many of our friends/customers here.

At the risk of being redundant, I've attached a post I made to our Message Board:

"After a review and approval process which began immediately after NAA/Cor-Bon introduced the cartridge, the industry technical standards committee SAAMI (Shooting Arms & Ammunition Manufacturers Institute) granted their acceptance of the 32NAA cartridge. This 'approval' was voted upon at their last meeting, which was held two days prior to the beginning of the SHOT Show. Prior to this acceptance, tentative indications of interest had been received at NAA from several firearms and ammo. companies to chamber guns for this cartridge or manufacture ammo meeting the spec., pending the anticipated acceptance. While the approval does not guarantee widespread adoption of the cartridge, it removes most obstacles surrounding its consideration. About the only remaining issue is market interest; we'd love your help/business to generate some!" (Since that post, approval was formalized by the SAAMI Executive Committee).

I'm also happy to report that our partners at Cor-Bon have begun development of the companion cartridge we earlier announced, the 25NAA. As a reminder, this cartridge is a 32ACP case necked-down to accept a 25ACP bullet, which will be fired from a similarly modified 32ACP Guardian. We will continue to apprise you of our progress on this project.
