That is somewhat incorect, the race was the J'Naii only mentioned in Season 5, Episode 17, "The Outcast".  In the episode they state several times that the J'Naii are genderless.

I don't see the difference in stating that there was ONE GENDER or being GENDERLESS. They're basically the same thing.

Those phasers look too much like TV remote control channel flippers. Best other worldly weapon was a Hubley Desintagrater as used by "The Teenagers From Outter Space"  That one is highy nasty.

Trivia:
In the second year, they went to the small phaser.
During a break in filming, someone acted like they were phasing someone else with a little dark salt shaker and it became the future phaser. After that the phasers were salt and pepper shakers.

Where dooo you guys hang out ?? I'm feeling like I'm at some sort of sci-fi convention with all this never ending knowledge . I hope you fella's don't sit around in green face makeup and silver leotards using this keyboard as if your controlling some type of sputnik from a command chair complete with sound affects . A sheet of aluminum bending back and forth makes a great sound affect .

Fumbling for the plastic as we speak. Thanks. Do they have any realistic inflatable dolls of Lt. Ohuru?  Know some who always thought she was kinda cute. Smoked bacon perhaps?  Suspect a wise person would grab the ears and worry about the other aspects later.

Ok yes..I do see your point. It would not be good to stand accused of being involved with the worlds 2nd oldest profession with a stable of inflatables. Would not look good on a resume. Now I did used to know this guy who claimed to have run a similar proposition without either real or inflatable ladies. So yes it can surely be done for those who are dedicated and motivated.

People in Boston can get material to make a bomb, and all the ammo they want, but I can't buy any .22 shorts, longs, or long rifle, .223, .556, .380, 9/mm .38, .357, or .45 acp!

For what it's worth, background checks wouldn't have done any good for those two S.O.B.s in Boston. I don't think gun register would have helped either.   >:(

Exactly true on all counts. Liberals pass laws that make them feel better about themselves.

"Hi, I'm taking up muzzleloading for bear hunting this fall. I'd like to buy that replica Hawkens rifle you have, 10 minie balls, 10 percussion caps, and 250 pounds of black powder."

Hopefully, with the Senate gun control bill being withdrawn, the neo-preppers will soon take a break from grabbing all the ammo off the shelves and regular shooters can get back to buying the .22, .380, 9mm, and .40 cal ammo they normally shoot.

A couple good signs that things are cooling off: Wally World had what looked like a case of 5.56 boxes on display for $13 a box, they were not going quickly at that price.
Another is PSA has a .50 cal can of 600 Lake City 5.56 for $410, that's not selling at that price either.
Must mean the panic buying is ending.

I always liked the phaser rifle used in the first aired episode of TOS.  I never understood why they only used it in one episode though.

Of couse the phaser cannon used in "The Cage" and "The Menagerie" was also cool.  These episodes also featured Mrs. Rodenberry as the first officer, instead of Nurse Chaple, or the computer's voice in TNG.

Did I ever mention that I really love it when a plan comes together?

We WERE looking for a Hannibal for the NAA Team, right? Or was that job already filled?

Maybe I could LIKE it when a plan, or moderately enjoy it when a lack of planning. Plan? Planning? The Plan, Comes together? Planning the plan, loving it when a plan, liking it or loving it maybe when a plan or lack of planning comes together? Or not. I just hope it worked, guys. I hate it when a lack of planning, I mean... a lack of a plan, unplanned... umm... I hate it when an unplanned lack of planning doesn't come apart... no. That's not it. I mean... nevermind.

You know. It's tough to be in charge! This normal language is for MONKEYS!

I'm flexible with this, guys!  8) Did it work? That's what matters!!!

I've been watching Hannibal and Face and the gang in the evenings when I get ready for bed. I'm almost done with season 3. I'm SHOCKED by how many of these episodes I've never seen! (Or perhaps I've just forgotten them all, because, just like The Dukes of Hazzard, every episode is practically the same!)

The A-Team had Dwight Schultz, and an episode for The Dukes of Hazzard had Jonathan Frakes, yet another Star Trek connection.
