Do you do anything to make the grip stickier?  That big rubber grip on my Pug spoiled me.

Skate board tape or tennis racket material may accomplish your goal, and rather cheaply. For a small 380 sized gun I always suggest an inner tube from a bicycle, cut to length and sculpted with a sharp blade. They can be shrunk a little with a hair dryer or a heat gun.

Some fella awhile back dimpled his rubber grips with a soldering gun pencil tip but the same concept would work for the plastic just stay away from the set switch of course . He did a great job looked factory made even .
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

I am not that talented, I tried that with a Glock frame once.  I chose...poorly.

I found this granulated tape that you heat up on Ebay, if it turns out good I'll post a picture.

I have made templates for all of my pistols that need a grippier hold and that would include all my Glocks. I use industrial no slip adhesive rubber. Once placed properly the stuff will not work its way off. I have gone through years of IDPA competitions and week long training sessions at Blackwater in the blazing, sweating heat of August and the stuff never moved and remains on my well used gun/s to this day.

Could you please give me some pointers?  Right now, per youtube, my plan is to trace the grips off the pistol with a pencil onto the paper backing, and round out the edges as necessary.   THen apply it to the grip like one of them knuckle bandaids that has four straps.  And then, run a long panel starting from the backstrap all the way to the trigger.

Is that how you'd do it?  I have a finite amount of backing to work with currently.

RogueTS1-
Had not thought of that. Thanks for the tip. Is pic 1 your EDC? Like the HK P7.

My Glock EDC is still pretty much that but I have a bit of rotation in my carry. Most of the time my primary is either the Glock pictured or my 1911. The BUGs change a bit depending on the situation. I carry that P-7 more than a little though.

Evil; I trace as best as possible the grip areas I am going to use onto some thinner paper and then trim to proper dimensions with scissors to fit the gun as wanted. Once they are where I want them I mark the sides so I know which gun and which side of the gun they go to and then I laminate them. Once laminated I can easily trace them out onto my rubber grip material and then cut them out and trim to final fit. It is curious how different the grips on each gun is despite being same make and model when it comes to fine tuning this grip material.

Clean with alcohol and dry them place grip material and burnish on with something sturdy and round like a Sharpie Marker.

Well, looks like a blind six year old made them in art class, but they are functional, and sticky.  I reckon I'll hit them with a hair dryer in the mornin time and see if they turn out any prettier.

and just for fun...

I am not gonna argue with you. I agree, they are not pretty. HOWEVER, if you like them and they serve your purpose, then:
A) The Pug will likely not be seen very often
B) when it is seen:
  1) it will be by an NAA enthusiast
  2) it will be by a bad guy, so who cares what they think
C) Anyone who don't like them can kiss your foot, and the next 3 joints higher!

It's funny, I did a really good job on my Glock EDC.  Then again, the Laserlyte grips are friggin TINY.

So far, it has been my experience in messing with these guns is every time I think I got it figured out..."nope it to small for that to work"...rethink...I finally got my fixed sights the way I want them though...and a nice holster...
