sent my .32 naa in for warranty work(ejector took a hike)80.00!!for "free service"with less than 100 rounds through the gun,i hope it last better this time

What cost $80.00? Less than a year old and NAA will supply a shipping label, repair(s), and return shipping. Sometimes you need to ask, depending on who you speak with.

Something doesn't sound quite right.
I've owned a lot of handguns and dealt with a lot of customer service reps over the years.
I can say without hesitation that NAA's customer service and warranty is second to none.
Again...something smells fishy.

I'm getting new work done, a whole cylinder in fact and it only cost me 75.  With return shipping.
And Hades followed with him...

I called twice,talked to 2 different women,was never offered a return label.dont get me wrong I love the gun just was expecting better service. the round count is a estimate but not many.by the way did I say I love the gun and have 4 mini revolvers too

Yes, I ordered some custom work on my Guardian .380 a few weeks back. I was only charged $30.00 shipping back to me by NAA.

Maybe the extractor was lost but the NAA Guardian pistols do not have ejectors.  The top round in the magazine acts as the ejector.  Extractor replacement is an easy procedure and would not require a return to the factory.  Just saying...

For future reference, any time it is something you even suspect may be warranty work, ask for Jessica, the Customer Service Manger. She is not only nice to deal with, she is good people.

well,i got my .32 back from maa.over 100.00for a free warrenty fix.next time ill try a gunsmith.this is b.s.no free mag,no sticker nothing.im glad I love my mini's or I would sell all them and buy something with a good warrenty.
