.17 HMR Black Widow for sale

There is a .17 HMR Black Widow for sale.
Not mine...

My understanding is that the 17 HMR's either worked or didn't.
If they didn't work they got converted by NAA to 22 magnum.

If they worked well did they continue to work fine or did they eventually have issues?

A 17 HMR is a neat idea...if it works.

Does anyone recall if the number that had issues was rather small or a large majority of the run?

Since they no longer produce a 17 HMR, my guess is more problems than successes. Across the industry, almost everyone has dropped the .17 HMR in their revolver line.

Really no point to that cartridge in a pistol. The round is a great 150 yd. rifle round but not so much in a pistol.
