Kenny,
Thank you sir.  Nicely done.  That stimulates the desire for a pair even more.

Wow - looks great!

Wonder what it will feel like when it's finally in our hands?

Hope we'll find out very soon.

Very nice indeed. If only I had the money. Maybe one day.

Would we be asking too much for a special EB serial number series?

Very nice looking.
Can't wait until they are available.
Hopefully once they are in production for awhile we will be able to get a 22LR cylinder made to fit as well.

Looking forward to Sandy's commentary.

Don't recall, it's been so long. Is that when they first announced the deuce?

July 2017- addendum has been posted by sandy,

Ruger

Nothin' better than to spread a little hope . . . .

With Sandy's announcement, I have frozen $1.2K of my toy liquid assets to prevent me from using those funds for the silly impulse buying I love to do when visiting my LGS.  It might be wise for me to stay out of those dangerous places!

I still am an optimistic kind of guy . . . nothing yet from Sandy for August, but that must be because the Ranger II announcement is so BIG that it will take more time to proof read, coordinate with all departments, and be assured that NAA can meet the schedule they are about to announce. . . . . oh Boy!

Kenny (aka administrator) my biggest question is will the new Ranger have both size cylinders ? Will they also work in conjunction with the Original Ranger make-up . This is very important if I'm going to invest in the newer model . A simple yes or no would be nice seeing the answer seems to be looked over on other threads . Thanks .
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

Bigbird48

When I see companies like Sig Sauer, Glock, Smith & Wesson, Ruger and most of the other MFG's putting out , 380,9mm, and 45 cal. guns in compact semi auto with 6 or 7 round capacity for under $500 and some are just at $400 I have a really hard time wrapping my head around a very short barreled 5 shot  22LR revolver.
Sure its a cool little gun and its a mini, but theres lots of 5 shot revolvers out there for under 5 and better cal and compact designs. Not to mention all the semis above.I think I need to find a pile of cash if Im to have a Ranger ll ::)

You all are free to do with your money as you wish.  But if ANA puts this new ranger out for under $500 I'M IN  I smiled the Ranger thinking it would stay around and I could work on savi g the money.  Joke was on me that time.  I'm in this time. Up to $ 500 that is LOL

I have nothing else to do with my money so I recon I'll buy a pair of them.

Uncle Lee, one Ranger sure would make a good Christmas present for me if you have a little extra money left over for a third one. I would be much appreciative.  ;D

Did you all get this mornings email??? ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yes, i just received the email also. Sure hope i can get in on the Early Bird Special being new here. If i can, that will make #5 in the NAA Collection. Seems like a great forum with lots of info. I'm glad i finally found it!

It was another progress report. This is how it ended:

To say we are excited about this is an understatement. We are working hard at getting this gun from our factory into your hands. We know you have been waiting and are ready for this exciting moment in NAA history. Look out for our next emails and posts on social media to find out more information and to be ready to get on our Early Bird special for the Ranger II.

Me neither, I thought that I was on the list, maybe not.

bill_deshivs

The first time some idiot wrist-snaps one of these open, he's going to bend the frame.
The gun would be a much better design in .22lr only, with a shorter frame and cylinder.

Warthog

I really want one of these.
