Hello everyone! I'm a returning member from several years ago. Had 3 minis and sold them. Regretted it ever since. Now I'm saving to get another BW. I see that they now have a 3 dot sight. How long has this been installed? I may have to purchase one from Davidson's and I don't want one of the old style sights now that there is the 3 dots. I figure that if the dots have been out for awhile their inventory will be our of the old style. I do have my CCL and I carry a Taurus polymer PT 22. I got lucky, this one has not given my any troubles at all. But, I'm wanting to return to a NAA owner also.  Thanks.

Welcome back, i'm kinda new here. I'm not sure how long the BW has been available with the white dot sights, but i purchased mine back in April from Buds this year and it came with them. Not sure if this helps you, but just double check with the retailer before you purchase one.

Welcome 22only,
Check with Bud's and see what kind of sights are on them.
I think it says in the description.

Arts09, thanks for your info. I checked Bud's and their spec page just show the sights are fixed. Their picture still shows the the millet sights. Which doesn't really mean anything. Knowing yours came with the dots is very helpful. I'll check before ordering from them when the time comes. Thanks again!

The 3-Dot Sights have been out for over a year so that's what your's should ship with.  If it doesn't let me know.  I prefer the old style sights.  They were easier on hands, holsters and pockets.

Mine was a year old in May It had adjustable 3dot sights, I replaced the with fixed 3 dot sights from NAA. I still messed with them to suit my ageing eyes...

Thanks for the photo Canoeal. I'm really wanting to get this black widow. I knew when I sold my last one this time would come but I needed the money then. Can't just whip out the credit card. Haven't had one of those since the early 90's. I learned that impulse buying is not a good thing. At least for me anyway.

ADP3, I took a closer look at these sights and they do look like they may have some sharp edges. Is that what you are experiencing? Thanks for your post.

I have had my BW for two years, and it has fixed three dot sights. I would recommend the fixed sights over the adjustable ones: the adjustable ones are too high, IMHO.

Very good, I think my question has been answered. Thanks everyone for your input.

ADP3, if I should run across any of the old sights, I'll let you know.  Thanks again.

I replaced my adjustable sights  because they kept working loose (rear sight).
