Thoughts on a Conversion Cylinder for the Ranger II

Exactly OV1D, this is why I try to get a conversion when I buy the gun in the first place.  Much easier.

Definitely ordered a LR with mine but I may actually never use it. Who knows? lol
I do know that if I end up carrying it, it will have the Gold Dot magnums in it (and probably 1 shot shell)!

I practice mostly with .22 lr and finish up with a small amount of .22 mag while at the range. I carry exclusively .22 mag.

Sent an email to NAA this morning and they added the lr cylinder to my order. Talk about caving to peer pressure 😄

Nothing wrong with that Smokeless Joe.  I sent an email to Jessica to ask if the one I may get will have the cylinder since I ordered two and asked for one extra cylinder.  Just gotta wait for the reply.  The WAAAITING IS THE HARDEST PART!  :)

I believe I have been convinced to go for an LR cylinder too. I need to contact NAA anyway to make sure they have my order so will add one to the order. I'll be interested when I get it to fire it through my Chrono with the best of each type of ammo to see the performance difference.

I prefer to get the conversion cylinder in case you ever run into trouble getting one specific type of ammo it gives you another option

Yay for us! Do we get a commission?

I got two as well. More is better. It increases resale value (not that mine will ever be resold!) and it's always cool to have multiple calibers for one gun.

I got one with and one without, I only had enough money for the one.  IDK if I will get the conversion cylinder if I only get one though.  I expect the email from Jessica will take some time so either I will know soon or I will know later.  MR 22, I sent you a PM in case you want to check on mine while you are at the factory too.  ;)
