I just have one question. What the heck prompted you to post a wheel gun on Wednesday  ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for pointing that out. I dunno what I was thinking!

A day late but i was waiting for the wood grips to get here to post photos. This is my newly purchased but used Smith and Wesson Model 58 in 41 Magnum. This gun came with rubber Hogue grips. It has a target trigger and a target hammer, so I put target grips on it. They originally come with service grips. Whoever had it before me took very good care of it. There is only a little bit of holster wear at the muzzle and of course a turn line. Otherwise it is in excellent condition.
It's too bad that our friends cant be here with us today

Cool one Mr. 22. I like that find; a great one.

The Pt22 is DAO whereas the Beretta 21a is SA/DA. The Bobcats can be a little finicky before they are slicked up. Once slicked up they are utterly reliable; at least every one I own is and there are more than a few of them in the vaults.

Sweet grips, Joe!

Yeah, Rogue, I like it. Nothing fancy, but the concealed hammer is cool. Great for concealed carry. Not sure I'll use it for that, but I've been looking for one of these for awhile now, since they have been discontinued. And the price seemed great to me. Sometimes these discontinued Taurus revolvers go for a lot higher, because the demand is up and supply is low.

Very nice. The wood grips just outclass the rubber grips in my opinion.

Yes they are and I am sure you know how I know this.  ::)

Well, I found my picture of the LCRs and LCRx's plus the trainer I got in case the holster guy doesn't have a way to make my holster... here they are.

top are the LCR 327fM and the LCRx327FM (*plan on using the LCRx more as a range gun)

then my LCR 9mm plus the LCRx 38 +P and the green thing on the side is a Cold Steel LCR Trainer...

More wheelies when I am better able to get the pix made.... ;)

I may take a picture comparing the two types of moon clips I have for the 9mm though...unless those who have them are also using those generic moon clips.

To me and for me only, that thing looks like a mess. Sort of in a Mad Maxx put together from pieces sort of way...

Looks like a piece from the Star Wars Movie set, Very Ugly indeed.

Hey, it looks like a Confederate La mat C&B Revolver. The piece that Stone Wall Jackson carried.

Ruger

Hey . . . . it's a Glock!  Can't be anything but perfection . . . unless you want to modify it with the 1000s of do dads you can by to make perfection even BETTER!

Warthog

Meh, Glocks aren't anything I want but the revolver looks a bit like something I might want to shoot.

Joe,
Very, very nice. The grips make that a work of art.
Only Glock can take a thing of beauty and make it look like total junk.
Steel and wood please.

smokeless joe

Is that for real? It's different. I kinda like it.

Bigbird48

I want one

Uncle_Lee

It is a revolver with a thumb safety, a trigger safety, and a hammer to cock.

That and it looks just plain silly.

But it's a Glock, therefore it is perfection, so don't make fun of it, or you will hurt Tommy Tacticool's feelings

I like the threaded barrel on a revolver...

Yeah, the threaded barrel did make me chuckle a bit....

I know it isn't Wednesday but I bought this today for a very low price at one of my LGS's.  Been in the case for a while and the owner wanted it gone, got it in a trade.  I saw it and wasn't going to get it until he told me he would let it go for what he gave for it to get it sold.  So, here is my new RUGER SP101 in 22 LR.  Came with the original grips and the box plus all the manuals and papers.  Eight rounds per cylinder.

Actually, I've been looking for a Russian Nagant Model 1895 revolver with a threaded barrel. It's a rare find indeed and one of the only revolvers that you can suppress, because of the forward-moving cylinder that closes the gap and uses ammunition with bullet recessed into the casing.

Warthog

Mr 22, I thought about threading the one I have for that very reason.

Yeah, me too. Mine has the afermarket .32ACP cylinder, too. It would be fun.
