Congrats. I'll bet it's been a long couple of years for the forum members who've been lusting after the Ranger II.

MR_22

Um, back to the email from Jessica regarding a shipping notice, I wonder if there will be tracking info provided? Just a thought.

And I really mean it about the flowers for her. Really. She needs to know how much she is appreciated.

Glad to hear you are in! I agree Jessica does an awesome job

Don73

I know when you buy accessories from NAA, they always send a tracking number, think it will be the same with EB's. Agreed Jessica is the best.

smokeless joe

Awesome news. Glad they got it worked out. I'm hoping they do provide some tracking info when they ship.

Thanks, guys, I really appreciate all of the kind words. I was kind of sweating this for a while, but I soon realized that NAA would do what they could, help if they can. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of service that NAA  consistently delivers and no doubt that reflects on the good character of NAA employees.

Sandy and company, thanks for listening.

Great when a company takes care of their customers. Even better when it's an American company doing it. We need more of this. I'm guessing we are as happy for you as you are.

Great! Glad you scored your EB. Now join us and wait a bit longer.

JRobyn

Most excellent!

Any word on exactly what SNAFUd your original order?

swc-
Glad it got worked out. No surprise to me, though.

Flowers for Ms Jessica? Did that a couple of years ago. Must be time to do it again. Over the last 9 years, I have talked with her about various issues that have come up with minis that come through the shop. She is, without a doubt, the best at what she does. I have dealt with a number of customer service folks, and none can compare to her.

Funny you mention Flowers for Jessica as I was talking to Rick the other day about that. We should all chip in and get her the biggest and best flowewr arrangement.

As for how? I  don't know.  My FFL info was not saved and I'm not sure if my payment info was saved. Evidently there were some technical problems around the time I signed up, several of us were charged prematurely, I guess some fell through the cracks. Trying to get something like that set up is hard to do without glitches. The response to those inevitable glitches is what differentiates this company from others.

Warthog

Well, I am very happy they got you fixed up and that you will get your early bird(s).  I hoped that they would get you sussed when you said you had been bypassed.  I knew you should have gotten yours and I am glad it all worked out.

I am all for giving Jessica some flowers so please count me in to donate.  Tell me who is gonna head this and how to pay and I would be happy to give my donation.

SCBUXTON:
Congratulations!!!  I'm very happy for you--especially because I was in the same boat as you.  Apparently my FFL information wasn't loaded either, but a quick call to Jessica, and another email from my FFL, corrected that issue.  Unfortunately, it was too late to get me back onto the original list of lucky recipients, but she put me on the wait list, and assured me she would check every day to see if there were any leftovers after the dust settled.  I waited with fingers crossed--checking my email everyday.

Then I got the email!  I'm in, too!!!  Woohoo!!!   ;D

Thank you, Jessica Jarvis!  You are the most helpful, effective, responsive, and truly caring customer service representative I have ever worked with--in ANY industry!  One more time ...  THANK YOU!!!   :)

Perfect!  We should probably make heroine and meth illegal, too!

That's great news, Jimmy!  Looks like we have another donor for the flowersport for Jessica  fund!

RangerJim

Absolutely, my friend!  Just let me know how to contribute--and how much--and I'm in!   :)

Heck if we all chipped in a buck that would still get an awesome thank you bouquet of flowers. Probably have some left over for chocolates.

I like it, Bigbird!
Any of the "Thank You/With Grateful Thanks" baskets seem appropriate ($79.99 to $99.99).  And with all of us, cost is certainly no object.  I'm good with any of them.  In terms of payment ... I suppose we could just send a check to whomever buys the gift.

As to the choice ... if anyone knows how to do the voting thing, that would be good.  Otherwise, we could just vote with our messages.  Again ...  I'm good with whatever the majority chooses.

Wow Bigbird . . .that doesn't sound ethical, so just collect up the names and pay for everyone using your member number.  Problem solved.  Thanks.  ;D

instead of writing checks just stick a few bucks, whatever it comes out to, wrapped in paper in an envelope, this way the person ordering doesnt have to cash all those $1 checks.

AARP is antigun, even though I am eligible to join and even if I save a few bucks, I will never give them my support and join.
As far as AARP is concerned, no one should have any gun, ANY.
Only the police, not retired mind you, and the military as far as AARP is concerned and the police should be leaving theirs at the station when off duty.

Ask them if you don't believe me, write or email them and they will tell you that they would rather no one has a firearm of any sort, even black powder.

Im gonna let someone else handle this to much BS feedback here  >:(

Bj

I did cancel my AARP membership quit some time ago, maybe when they were pushing obamacare.

Warthog

Well, they may well have pushed Obamacare too but they have been AntiGun as long as they have existed. AARP isn't apologetic about it either, they will tell you this is where they stand on this and tell you the 2nd Amendment is about an army, not for the people.
