Advice on grips for Freedom Arms 22 Mag

I have an old FAs magnum with the original grips.  I have shot and carried a lot of guns over the years but I have a heck of a time controlling the little magnum and just don't find it fun to shoot.  I would love to hear suggestions on the best grip to make the little gun more usable.  I pocket carry everyday and don't want to go so big that it hinders that.  Do the rosewood boot grips help?  I'm all ears.
