Yeah, in state is no fees at all.  Out of state would be shipping, though we would both be shipping so that would be a wash and then the fee from the FFL for doing the transfer.  I am still willing though so hit me up when I get mine I will post my serial numbers.  IF I get sequential numbers though, you will need to find someone else. 8)
