I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas (aside from not having your Rangers)...

For our next shipment of Ranger II's (this week), I would really like to get those of you on here your guns as soon as possible. In order for me to do so, I need your names!!  Please either respond on here or send me an email with your user name and real name - [email protected]

Thank you all again for your patience and understanding through this grueling process!! With the loss of an employee, the issues that came up, oh and the holidays, we were set back a little more than expected. We are doing our best to get these out as quickly as possible, but at the same time, putting in our best efforts to send out quality products, that you all know and love.

This experience needs to be shared by us all in other forums to let others outside of this family know what a cool, caring company we have in NAA.

Have any of you experienced such an up-close and personal experience with any other firearm manufacturer?

I was going to say, "NAA treats us like family". After reflection I modified it to "NAA treats us like we SHOULD treat  family".

I am constantly amazed at the responsive nature of NAA. There's never been a customer experience to match it.

I'll bet no other firearm company knows so many of their customers like NAA does.
