I think I do remember emailing years ago? someone on gunbroker selling a Ranger 502 as the last one made.  He corrected it to 560 made?  I don't remember saying the $4800, unless it was a joke, that's probably what he was selling 502 for?  Guys a joke! I emailed him to take it off.

  Sorry Joe I paid almost a grand early on months after they came out . Shame I bought and had four at one time but sold two to take the hurt out of the prices of them all . The other two went for $900.00 appox. each , wish I had more at the time , sold them locally . Never did get in on the EB's at the time , I was a late comer .

I know you were joking, Unc, but I'm always in the market for original Rangers.  I think $2-3K might be a bit rich right now, but I'd be willing to consider a more reasonable price (Ahem ...  OV and Flint, I'm looking in your general direction ...).

Better go for OV, I just last week made a absolute killer sale of a rare 1908 32 acp pistol I had for 4 years, made a 5 times my cost, my Airgun war chest is full!
