How are we notified after repairs are "complete"? Do they coordinate or simply inform you it has shipped? I have two guns in for repairs, my Ranger ll and a Pug. Jennifer said they will ship together once both are complete...

Thanks,
Not sure why, but Dad always said "Shoot Straight" before every hunt

Good question.  I have #85 in for repair now.  Never thought about how they notify you of shipment or if they do so at all.

NAA notify you by phone if you request it on the repair slip before they ship ,if not they'll email you  when the pistol are ready to shipped with a tracking number. From my past experience on my  repair.

that,s a neat feature. i wish other gun manufacturers would follow that example. i just love firearms in limbo land.  kevin.,

I always get an email with a tracking number, they ship back Fedex signature required. I have mine shipped to fedex drop off store , its free and you don't have to wait at home all day till fedex decides to show up

Whenever I send in a repair from the shop, my notification is when I open the mail, and there it is. Of course, this is fine by me. I get enough email.
Guns are a lot like parachutes:

When my repair was completed, I received an e-mail from NAA with tracking number. Also received a recorded call from Fedex reminding me of delivery date and to make sure someone was home to sign for the delivery. :)

Fedex requires a signature when delivering a firearm to a residence, not sure when delivering to a FFL
