Sidewinder safety "notch"

For some reason my Sidewinder hammer will not got into the Safety Notch" with the Magnum Cylinder.  Any suggestions???

Usually the only fix needed is practice. Once mastered it is extremely easy.

What Rogue said but on a rare occasion the notch might be a little thin or the striker a little wide. Easy self fix or send it back and NAA will fix it. Have you tried it in all the different notches???

Thanks for the info.  I think Rogue has it.  got to keep trying.  I know it works, but sometime I am all thumbs.

The hammer has to be pulled back some and while holding the hammer back, the trigger must be fully depressed while lowering the hammer/firing pin into the safety notch.

And line up the safety notch on the cylinder with the "witness" safety notch on the left side blast shield.
