Why Not?

I've seen all the threads about break tops and Sidewider II's and noticed some of the negatives when someone posted about having to send their guns back to NAA.

If someone doesn't get a new gun from ANY manufacturer and it's flawed, why not report their experiences? I sure like hearing about it!

I've been a NAA fan since the 1970's when I bought my first gun from them. Their service to me has always been first rate. When I sent my early LR and short models to them for the conversion, they did a wonderful job.

Again, I've noticed flak from folks criticizing those that have had problems and defending NAA. Nothing wrong with that but I hope our collective crowd here doesn't become "butt boys" for NAA like folks have become about Glock pistols. As an aside, I'm a Glock owner.

I LOVE NAA GUNS and will continue to but I'm glad some folks are brave enough to come on board and state that they have a problem and maybe endure the wrath of the faithful.

Heck, I'll bet most people that buy these wonderful minis never even shoot them. I know I have shot every one of mine and they are JEWELS to shoot and own!

TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

I have a Glock 17 for "business purposes".

I buy NAA's because they are beautiful and fun.

Thanks much my brothers and I shouldn't have brought up the word GLOCK! What do your posts have to do with my thread besides Glocks?

Yes, Michael, I agree that NAA's are fun but what say you about my thread?

PaducahMichael

What do I say about your thread?

I think if there's a problem the first thing we always do is ask our friends and neighbors about their gun and see if they've experienced anything like our problem. In this case - we ask our forum friends because there is a LOT of knowledge here.

I also think if you've paid good money for something it should work properly and in all ways be "as advertised".

It's not being "disloyal" to point out flaws in NAA or any other firearms. In fact, it's important to do so since many defects can be safety issues.

I will confess that I have two NAA safe queens - the case-hardened magnum and the blued magnum. I figure the stainless minis are for carry and those two are for show. Sort of a barbeque gun if you will.

I shoot most of mine fairly regularly but I must admit that I purchased both of the EB promos; SW and Ranger II, and I have as of yet to fire either one of them.

One only becomes a "Butt Boy" when one ignores poor customer service after failure to resolve an issue.  I don't really remember any post praising NAA in the face of failed customer service.  Please correct me if I'm wrong.
