NAA returns

I would like to see an assessment of the firearm when it is returned to NAA, not just a list of what was done, but why. Tell us what they found and what we could do to keep it functioning better in the future...Might avoid some having to return them as often...

Al. I could be wrong, but I think when NAA returns a repaired gun they include a list of parts they replaced. Other than that, it's just "fixed". Would be great to know what happened, why it happened and what we can do to prevent it happening again.
