One of the differences in the NAA BugOut and BugOut II (besides the color of the grip) is that the original BugOut came with a watertight box for storing the pistol.  The closest I found after market is the Plano 3440-10.  It doesn't have the trays and does have 3 latches instead of 1.  The extra latches may slow down access, but should keep the box sealed better.  My BugOut II appears to fit well without excessive slop.  I'll eventually cut out some foam to minimize pistol/spare cylinder movement.

I was able to pick the box up on Amazon for around 5 bucks as a Prime add-on to a $25 order.  I bought a couple of them.

I won't carry a laser device... unless it has stun, kill, and disintegrate settings.

Reminder:  This is a great way to carry a NAA pistol for fishing/boating/etc.  But it's NOT a safe way to store the pistol at home if you have kids around unless you lock the entire box away.

That is what appeared to be the box originally used. they are available in many outfitters in the water sports section. The box used to come with a thin rubber cover, that hid and protected the contents . Your's seems to be missing the pad. Check with Plano and they might send you one.

Sifting through the 2018 Plano catalog, I found that there's another box that's likely the one that came with the BugOut.  It's a Plano Guide Series 1449.  For the extra $11 per box, I'll just cut out some of the case foam I have laying around.

Lock away a gun because of the kids?  :o Nahhhhhhhhhhh  ................ simply put it where it needs to go separate from the ammo and train those kids.  ;)

Yep, the one I have is a model #1449 Plano; It should be in the print on the bottom of the box. I got it at a canoe/kayak outfitter for one of my small cameras, but it is the same box and the pad was with it, under the curved bottom pad. The best I can tell it would fit any NAA up to the 1 5/8" barreled magnums. The BW is too big in grip and about 1/4" too long...Might even fit 2 shorts...Hmm

You can compare mine to the BO stock picture Below.
