3-D Printed Pug!

I was reading this article, when I noticed that hte 3-D printed gun in question, looks exactly like an NAA Pug.  Has anyone seen this before?  Any idea where the 3-D plans can be found?  I know other 3-D guns plans are out there, but I haven't seen this one yet.
