Speaking with NAA Customer Service is a PLEASURE!

I called NAA Customer Service today to make certain that I had "dotted the i's and crossed the t's" on sending my Ranger II in to be fitted with a LR cylinder. I suppose that was probably the 6th time in the last 2 or 3 years that I have called for help or information. I spend a LOT of time on the phone at work with various "customer service representatives" - many are in the medical profession, the rest are reps we all deal with - phone, utilities, computers, banks, etc. Beyond any shadow of a doubt, NAA CS is THE most pleasant company that I have dealt with. The "customer service" in most areas of the medical profession is downright embarrassing. A totally self-serving plug here - if you are tired of being put on hold at your local "big box" pharmacy, want better prices and service, and have an Independent Pharmacy in town - give them a try!

Justake sure they are independant. not chains...CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens are chains.CVS is actually in partnership with Aetna...
