Don't waste your money. Those can be ordered to deliver to your LGS for $450 new.

Wow! Talk about a real screw job, this guy takes the cake. A $450 gun for $900.
Wish the breaktop could be had in blue.

That guy is a true to life real idiot , not you Harry the other guy selling his ripe off . ;)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

Agreed.  The world is filled full of them.  Reminds me of one of my favorite cartoons . . . .

He is not an idiot for asking for that high price. The idiot would be the one that pays it.

Prices too high?

Reminds me of a story.

I was walking down the sidewalk in town the other day and came across a man selling apples. I thought, well, I could eat an apple - think I'll get one and help him out.

I stopped and made small talk for a few minutes and then asked how much he was asking for his apples.

"$1,000", he said.

I replied, "$1,000 for an apple? You're not going to sell many at that price!"

He smiled at me and said, "I only need to sell one."

Uncle Lee is right - the idiot is the one who pays the outrageous price, not the one who is asking it!

Well he might be an idiot in as much as he may have bought them for an exorbitant price from another person, believing they were worth that sort of money.

However looking at his feedback numbers on Gunbroker you think he'd have some idea, not a novice, so it's likely he's a "chancer" like the guy selling apples and thinks he can get the inflated price from someone who's seen the original Ranger for sale as a rare NAA.

The Blue sure is pretty, not at that price, but I plan on adding one eventually

The person will either wind up selling them at his/her price or will lower the price just a bit until they sell.  Most likely is for them sto sell at the outrageous price or maybe a slight lower one.  I would love to own a blued and a case hardened Mini...

The coloring on the CCH Guns, and the depth of the bluing on the blued Guns cannot be depicted in a photograph. These, like many other works of art, have to be seen to be believed.

I once saw a guy selling a $10,000 dog. In the end it worked out fine - he was able to trade it for two $5,000 cats.

Alert, thread drift coming up!
Miker, for my daughter's 7th birthday, we let her choose two kittens to bring home.  Two tiny littermates, sisters, they became the best companions a growing girl could have wanted. One slept with daughter from that night until daughter got married and left home to start her own life, the other with me and wife. They lived for twenty years and were absolutely members of the family. And nope, they were pound kittens, not the $5000 variety.
And to get back to topic, my first collectible firearm is likely gonna be a color casehardened revolver. I think they are works of art.

Yep, I could see that happening too. I would supplement it with boot grips though...
