New sites

I need some help from You do it yourselfers.  I.lost the rear site on my Black Widow and NAA has a new style.  My piece is several years old and I'm wondering how hard it will be for me to buy the sites and put them on.  I can't drive because of my heart so it's hard to get around to a 🔫 smith.  I suppose I would need a nylon tool to remove the old front site.  Any suggestions would help.

Thanks

I'd contact NAA and have them replace the sight.

I use a brass drift (punch) and padded vice jaws to replace sights.  Without knowing your skill level, I tend to agree with billmeek  about sending it back to NAA for the repair.  Since you said you "lost" your sight, there may be issues such as an oversize dovetail that caused it.

If I was doing it; I would remove the cylinder, put the BW in a padded vice and carefully drift the old sights from the left side to the right looking down at it from the rear.  Put the new sights in the opposite way.  I'd use some red loctite too if you want to center them and be done with it.  If you think you may want to "fine tune" it later, go with blue loctite.  The reason I move the sights in the direction I stated is because some sights and dovetails have a very slight taper to them when made.  Not sure if NAA does that or not, but it couldn't hurt.  I'm sure someone with more gunsmith experience will weigh in.

Soon NAA will be offering Pug style night sights for the BW and Mini Master according to our friend Jessica at the mother ship.  You may want to hold off until that happens.  They will be sized to fit the current dovetails.

Hope this helps.

NAA could and should teach a class on Customer Support.

I bet 82 pennies and a pocket knife with scissors they will help you out.

It's what they do.

I bought a 22lr mini from a gun store. Buyer did not pick it up. Some person in the store had dry fired it,, it has nicks in back of cylinder where hammer had hit it.

I called NAA and they had me send it in and they replaced the cylinder.... FREE. I will brag about NAA to anyone that will listen,,,, and to some that do not want to listen.
