I've tried to squeeze the trigger as hard as I can on my mini & I can't make it fire.  I've even tried both hands .... what am I doing wrong ?

Did you first pull the hammer back to fully cocked?

I thought that might be the case.  I've never worried about pulling the trigger when I'm drawing either.

I just got out my Lyman trigger gauge and tested the pull on my Pug.   The small trigger on the NAAs makes it a bit more difficult to get a good reading, but the lightest of them was 6 pounds and 11 ounces. If the trigger weight could be be dropped to 5 pounds or less without sacrificing reliability, I'd have it done without question.

   Glenn you need to put cartridges in it first .

I have the Black Widow and use it for rabbits and squirrels but here you can not use for game birds. It took me a while to learn how to shoot the BW, I hope you get yours figured out or fixed.
