No love for the Wasp?

I think the Wasp is the least mentioned mini here. Any reason? I don't see any functional difference with standard magnums. Looks, you've got the barrel rib, and the etched lines and black flutes dressing up the cylinder. Anything else? Just trying to broaden my mini knowledge.

I had one and really liked it. Don't really know why I sold it, but the Pug I have now has the Wasp cylinders. It's a keeper.

I have a Wasp and I like it just fine. It's really just a slightly customized Magnum. Looks nice - especially the cylinder. I was lucky I guess - no troubles with the skeletonized hammer. It's a little bit fancier than the regular Magnum, but not much. I think it's very attractive!

I like everything about the wasp except the rings around the cylinder.
I've always thought the skeletonized hammer was VERY classy.
Not everyone had problems with the hammer.  I think NAA had a policy of replacing it with a normal hammer at the owners request.

I've got one. It rides in my saddlebag. Kinda outta sight outta mind thing I guess. I've had it a few years and have not had any issue with the hammer. I like the rings in the cylinder, sets it apart from the same ole same ole cylinders

It's kinda' weird, actually ...  I have about a thousand-teen NAA minis and no Wasps.  I even have two Pugs with the Wasp cylinder scribes—one of which I carry daily.  I love it!  But I think I just always thought of Wasps as delicate versions of the regular magnums—so why bother ...?  So that's probably my bad.  I actually love the look of them, and will probably pick up one (or more) sometime soon.  But yeah ... they get very little love.

Here are my two "Waspy" Pugs, UNC--along with a few other minis ...  The Pugs are actually the ported TALOs with Crimson Trace grips.  I just replaced one of the laser grips with CVangs.  That's the one I carry every day.
