I finally got my NAA 22 short I've always wanted and now I'm interested in finding a holster for it for pocket carry. I contacted Jason about making me one however he doesnt have the 22 short with the fluted cylinder to use for the wet moulding, just the non fluted cylinder which he can make. I think for security of the cylinder not moving I would like to have the flutes moulded or have some sort of retention strap for the hammer. Does anyone have any ideas on where I might find a holster for my short that I can feel secure in carrying? What do some of you short owners use? I know NAA offers some holsters for the short and lr but its a combination I believe and I wouldnt think one size fits both unless the short gets lost in the lr holsters?..any suggestions? Thankyou

Actually.......I know it sounds a bit unorthodox, but my short fits in my 22lr Mad Hat pocket holster perfectly and stays secure. The flutes in the leather line up and hold the cylinder just like if the 22lr was in there. Just an option if you want the security of the Mad Hat holster.

Really? I love the madhat holsters but had no idea the short would line up ..has anyone else tried this?

Why wouldn't it?  The cylinder is the same size except for length....  get the 22 lr holster and use it for both.............
