Well..... the problem is, I don't have the funds to buy all the guns I want! lol!

I acquired another Black Widow, you really can't have enough of these.  Your friends and relatives gather around the collection and the Black Widow is always a favorite (and the Pug.)

Its been a while since posting any pictures (to keep Uncle_Lee calm) this will give him a little something to sip coffee with.

Thanks for looking!

I'm getting the "gotta collect them all" disease too. Seriously considering getting a black widow as my next purchase. I like the big sights although I'm not sure I really need them as I can hit things pretty easily just by using the top of the barrel as my sight.

Maybe there's a way NAA could do an "Easy Payment Plan" ?.......... :)

Those Black Widows are by far one of the best models NAA has made especially without those dang adjustable sights . Beautiful piece Rick a fine choice AGAIN . Ha . By the way they compliment your holsters also , may I suggest a nice snap flap side holster . Thanks for the pics as usual . :)

Nice addition Rick. I too am on the Black Widow, Pug bandwagon.

What a nice looking collection Rick.  I never cared for the look of those CV grips, but I have to admit; they're growing on me.  How do you like them compared to the regular BW grips?  Do you shoot any better with them?  I'm thinking you are the chief enabler on this forum.  After reading your posts I realize I need more holsters, guns and even new grips.  What I need even more than that; is more money.

AAAAAAH,
Coffee goes better with leather. Beautiful leather.
Hey Rick, I know what it feels like to want another - more - much more - and want it now. ( ooops, that sounds like a young liberal)

Honky Tonk,
Ya, the Cvang grips really don't look like grips but for me they make a world of difference in shooting.
The main thing is that when I fire a round the grip doesn't change in my hand. Quicker second and third shot.

Rick,
It is not a problem,I would like to call it a "situation".

Probably most,if not all of us have that "situation"

Like any other "situation" it is better to handle it by one step (or purchase) at a time.

When my bank account hit $0.00 there are still 15 days left in the month! lol! I vote for a "14 day" month calendar!

Oddball, You can never go wrong with a Black Widow! Forget about the sights, it feels so natural in your hand you will do fine.  :)

My want list far surpasses my incoming funds too!

I'm with you OV! The one BW with adjustable sights is only used to mold holsters for the customers that have them. It makes a big difference in the build and fitting of a holster. Aren't those "flap holsters" called a "Widow Maker"?  Do you know my wife? lol!!!
I made her promise that when I'm gone (and has cashed the life insurance checks) for one week, she will wear a black bikini on the beach in the Caribbean and wait that time before chasing cabana boys!
Then we argued, she wanted a 5 day week and I insisted on a 7 day week. I think we settled on 6 days.  ::)

I felt the same way about the CV Grips. Was not a fan at first and they did "grow" on me.  Shooting with them is excellent! I like the BW grips but these are better. I do pride myself in my enabling abilities! lol! Just give in, and buy what you want! Go out to the money tree in the yard and rake up some! lol!!  ;)

Whew..... Thanks Top Dog!

I thought my "situation" was turning in to a "problem"!

Since we only have a situation I can keep buying guns!  What a relief!

I will keep putting one foot in front of the other Keep buying guns one at a time... OK, got it!

Thanks for the professional help and advice on this!  ;D

Hi Rick and Welcome  ;D I'm Bigbird and I'm an NAA Addict  ::)
Is this months NAA - A...... 8) meeting at your shop
I'm almost a year clean and free of buying my 8th Mini but its really hard and I think I'm close to falling off the wagon. I'm looking for a sponsor to help but I can't find anyone who's not addicted to mini's. Do you know anyone who can HELP ME?!! :P

KEN AR

Rick,
Very nice! I thought the role of an enabler was to get me to buy a gun not himself!

I understand that the production rate of Black Widow holsters has reached a level that exceeded your supply of molds for the hand fitting part of the process and you needed to "Add" an additional gun to mold the holsters off of...
That's the story I'll tell your bride if I happen to see her!

The CVang's are good grips and feel great when shooting this model with them.

For Uncle Lee a little more Desert Gun Leather to match my latest set of CVANG's.

Big Bird,
I'm off on Friday's so if you need a sponsor I am available to assist.  I'm not sure but meeting at DGL may be counter productive as you and I both know Rick is going to find something to show you and I that will make NAA-A membership difficult!

I'd be happy to take you and Rick both out for lunch just so we don't get tempted by being in the shop to long!

I can be a great help BigBird, I'll help you find your next Mini!

I'm looking at the .22lr 1 1/8" and a 2 1/2" Ranger!  and throw in a 1 1/8" Magnum (both cylinders please!) I also want a 3" Earl (both cylinders again, please!) and heck..... might as well pass a "Hog Leg" my way (duh, both cylinders!)  ;) :o 8)

I don't need these guns..... I just want them  :D

I read several responses on another thread about the "ported" mini's.  Some say it helps others say it's not necessary, it may or may not help your shooting I wouldn't know, I'm a lousy shot for the most part anyway!

If NAA offers them, I want them! You know......... as a collector  :o

Muuuhahahah! (crazed laugh)  ;D

Well you guys convinced me on the Cvang grips.  I'll have to order a set for my BW.  That is the one I carry most of the time.  Nice leather Ken.  I'm pretty sure that matching thread color wasn't a coincidence.

You know, Mini addiction could have a terrible outcome. First, you're skipping meals to save up for the next Mini. Then you're skipping work to browse the LGSs for new ones. Then you miss a rent/house payment to buy yet another one. If this is happening to YOU, slap yourself silly before it's too late..... :o

Rick-
You don't have a BW with the original fixed sights. Obviously you need to look around for one. Right after you ship the last batch of holsters I ordered, that is!

Thanks for all the red shirt info Bigbird.  I must lead a sheltered life.  It looks like this movement started in 2005.  I still had 5 years left in the Army then, and no one talked about it.  We had to wear green every day.  I'll have to get a few red T-shirts.  All of mine are plaid flannel.

Big Bird,
Yep, I do the red shirt thing.  Working at USAA for a few years is was a company goal I think to have everyone in red on Fridays.

As a matter of fact my son is stationed in England at this time, ready for him to be back in the states.

He graduated from the USAFA in '09 and just got his promotion to Major.  Flies a C130 now. Yep bring um home!

Mrmini,
That is super sweet. It seems that I go to my BW more and more.

I have one right now in a Mika Pocket holster in my back pocket.

If the weather ever co-operates,it will be in my fly fishing vest pocket.
