I'm really digging the look of acid stonewash on knives, especially if they've got something like vintage / OD looking micarta handles.  Would this be a possibility on an NAA Mini or is the material incompatible with the process?

Here are some examples

That old metal look does alot to the looks of knives especially so , pretty nice .

I like this finish for the stuff I EDC.

It can take little scratches and still looks great. Many of my knives, fixed and folders (autos too) have this finish.

It is possible to do the process on NAA guns.  I think its called "Acid Wash" Finish.

It appears to be the same as the TALO Knife & Magnum sets done a few years ago.

I'm not sure if NAA did the finish or if TALO did it.

I would call NAA and ask.

NAA had it done as part of the manufacturing process. TALO does nothing of that nature.
