Sometimes one size doesn't fit all. With the factory ext I couldn't get my hand quite right on it. If my pinky was above it all my fingers were crammed together. In the most natural grip for me my pinky was neither above or below it. It dug into my pinky. The Pearce ext is contoured better. I stumbled upon an older post that advised using the Pearce ext for a Beretta Tomcat. I just received them and it's a much better grip. I used the factory base plate as that is attached to the spring. Good fit. If you want a better grip you might want to try them.

Yep; the Pearce buries the factory extended base plate. It is much more comfortable and usable.

On the 32, there's no hope of a pinky. The grip is 1/3 of an inch shorter than the 380. Without an extension, I can get my middle and half my ring finger on. With an extension, middle and ring both fit, tightly, putting downward pressure on the extension. Many folks have had the mag pop out from the pressure. Even not, it puts undue wear on the mag catch and the magazines.

I want to keep mine as small as possible, so wouldn't use an extension, anyway. May be that NAA could offer their own extension with a flat front, for those that would at least like it for range use. The Pearce Tomcat one works, but could be a better fit in lining up with the grip.
