Trying to shrink picture size

Got pictures of my cased BT but can't seem to get my file size less than 500 k  need 300 and idea on how to do that on a Macbook?

   However, having said that, there is not really a re-size routine within iPhoto.  What I do is email the pic to myself, (it gets re-sized to small, medium, or large based on your selection-  medium is fine for the Boards), then save it to Downloads.  It appears on your hard drive as a file to select as your upload.

I finally exported the picture and it let me resize it.  mac rules.

I have no issues whatsoever with my PC and I can resize pics in a flash without emailing myself and/or whatever else ya hafta do so NEH!!!!!

   

   Actually, I have a few budz with Macs and they love them. IMO it seems like swimming upstream but if everyone were like me it would be a perfect world.....right?
