I sent in my 22 mag to get the 22 long rifle conversion done.  When it came back both cylinders had light strikes and the 22 long rifle cylinder felt like it had an extra click in it to get the hammer to stay back.
I called NAA and they were very nice and said send it back, which I did.
Got it back again and they replaced the main spring also it said the magnum rosewood grips were replaced? Dont know what they mean, can back with the same grip I sent it in with.
Have not had a chance to get to the range yet as far as light strikes go, but the 22 long rifle cylinder still has the extra click feel to hit when you pull the hammer back, have to be very careful not to let the hammer go on first click or it will fly forward.
Any ideas what the problem might be, or maybe the 22 long cylinder just needs to be broken in.
Sorry for such a long post.

Try different ammo, not all 22LR are equal. Some brass is harder than others. Case rim maybe thicker in some than others. Mini's have a short hammer throw.
I have specific ammo I use just for My Mini's.
