Repair turnaround time?

I've been quoted 3-6 weeks on a Pug I just sent in for a pretty rough barrel. I was just wondering if this is typical, or perhaps more of a "cover your arse"-type estimate. Any recent experiences?

I realize current events are messing plenty of things up for people at the moment. I suppose I'm just getting antsy considering I had to send it off less than 24 hours after I bought it. Thanks.

We're sorry to hear you had to send your new Pug back for a barrel issue. Typically repairs take approx. 1-2 weeks depending on the repair. Because your issue is with the barrel, they could possibly be replacing it. In that case, sometimes we have to wait on production, which can lead to a longer wait time.  I assure you though, they are doing their best to get yours either fixed or replaced as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

I got that out of a PDF file called "Tiny Revolvers".
I thought was a young Jessica but I wanted to make sure.

Thanks Jessica for the answer.

Matt and Jessica did a great job of getting my 2nd Guardian replaced. It took a while, due to vendor problems, but they kept me posted on the progress. No one could have done better. They were very patient with me, too. I tried not to bother them too much, but it's hard to do that in those situations.

That's exactly how drifting starts , its unavoidable . Gotta catch the moment before it driffs away into never never land , ha ,ha . ;)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .
