Don't you just love the those reviews that tell us how these mini revolvers aren't accurate! It's rarely the shooter's fault, or lack of experience with the gun. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
Anyway, this video is interesting, if a little "flaky ".

This video has been on here before.
Like I said about it before, FAKE.
Entertaining yes, Reality no.

I do like that he shows why the safety slot
is so important to use. And he does recommend
reading the manual.
So overall it's a good thing.

Interesting, how has it been proven to be a fake video?

bill_deshivs

Why would you think the video is fake?

Wumbey Goomba

Not proven to be fake,I have been wrong.
What I'm saying is nine out of ten shots,
with a gun he admits he just got recently
at 100 yards.(er 96 yards).
The vibe I get is jokester.
Either video editing or a buddy with a silenced
rifle, off to the side.
He seems to say hit way too soon.
I'm no marksman, but I have tried hundred yard
Widow shots.
Nine out of ten after he says "Let's see if I can go 5 for 5" .
And then does.
These are the kind of things I have to see with my
own eyes to believe.

Some people can shoot exceptionally well.

The guns MOA, from a bench vise, would not create that kind of accuracy. Try it.

I have shot sub-2" groups at 25 yards with a 1-7/8" bbl. S&W model 60, double action. Is that impossible, too?

I get by with all handguns but give me a rifle , any , and I can become a well versed minuteman . Oh and a machine gun watch the heii out , ha ,ha ,ha . Love those things only with others peoples ammo of course ,ha ,ha . :)
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

I knew before even clicking that video link when you said it was fake that it was going to be Dustin with the black black widow. I actually found out about that model from the video. It kinda resparked my interest in NAA revolvers. I kind of put them at the wayside during college as there were other things that were more important money wise.
Dustin is a good shot. He won that show Top shot, so he is pretty good. I don't double that he was making the shots in the video. He is very enthusiastic(which can be a bit much for some people), plus you got to love his boar Nosler.

Provided you have very consistent ammo, know the drop @ 100 yds, for the velocity you are getting, and have a zero wind; It is possible to hit a 100 yd target on occasion. Just unlikely 9 out of ten shots. How much do you have to adjust the sights to get there?
As to shooting Your smith @ 25 yds that is indeed good shooting. However extrapolating that out to 100 yds, and given the naturally occurring inconsistencies, you would likely not get a 15" groups at 100 yds. Add to the the very short sight radius  of the BW, and the freehand shooting he filmed, that kind of accuracy is very suspect, at best.

In an earlier life I shot 100 yd targets (my late 20's early 30's), with a 30/30, custom loads, off hand, with iron sights 18.5" barrel. So yes, I have an idea of just how difficult that shooting would be.
