Hopefully third time's a charm

My Black Widow is going back to the mothership for the third time.  The first two trips were for the hammer getting stuck at half-cock when de-cocking.  This time it won't cock past half-cock.

What did they do the first two times you sent it in? If they replaced some parts and that didn't fix it, it seems there are deeper problems that would warrant a full replacement.

The first time I don't know, the second time they replaced hammer, mainspring, and trigger.  This third time the symptoms are different.  I'm hoping for a replacement too. Three repairs is excessive.
