PMC and Fiocchi.  I chronoed both in my Guardian 32 acp:

AF series NAA Guardian 32 ACP

Fiocchi 32XTP Extrema 60 gr  chrono 2 7-round strings, avg fps:  835,856
PMC bronze 32ACP JHP 60 gr chrono 1 7-round string , avg fps:  742

So on average the Fiocchi shows about 100 fps faster, and subjectively I can feel it.

I don't know if expansion is even possible at at these speeds for either round, and there's more of an emphasis on penetration with these short barrel 32s anyway. Both are relatively inexpensive and lately feed/fire/eject with no problems in my copy.

European pressure standards are a little higher for the 7.65 ACP  than the US Sammi standard for 32ACP. That's probably the reason for such an extreme difference. The Korean PMC must be using US standard. I just got a reloading die set for my 32 Guardian and will load the 55 grain all copper extreme defense bullets when I get time for that project. These are the same bullets used in these Underwood cartridges. I believe they are a big step up in penetration and hydraulic upset to give the best of both worlds in this mini auto. I'm a 22mag fan but these bullets in the 32 walk away from any of the NAA mini revolvers in a SD roll. NAA seems to be giving people what they want......revolvers!

PMC is comparatively weaker across all it's calibers, or at least the ones I've used.  But it is true that the Europeans tend to load 7.65mm hotter than American manufacturers.

Should be interesting to hear about your new loads.
