I really hate buying any guns, especially pre-owned, sight unseen, but that's what I did.

I finally found a Black Widow convertible on gunbroker.  It appears to be an older model based upon the rear sight configuration and the fact that it comes with a zippered gun rug rather than a locking metal case. Hopefully, I'll have it in a week or two and will post pics.

Price was a tad high at $280. Oh well...
Be sure and post a pic or two when it arrives

I may be wrong, but it seems to me that some people are listing used NAAs on GunBroker for what you can buy a new one for, so for the last year or so, I've done a lot of looking for some models I don't have, but little bidding.

Wumbey Goomba

Seems like the price of everything has
gone up recently.

Please tell me where I can purchase new NAAs for those kind of prices.

Didn't look at prices on gunbroker, and don't know current store prices, but you may find something here:

I'm very familiar with Gallery of Guns.  All of their mini revolvers, except one, are listed as OUT OF STOCK.

The one and only exception is for a Ranger II convertible priced at $639.00.  No thank you!

ikoiko

In my area, it shows $550. $639 is msrp. Oh well, good luck.

Yeah in my area they have it as low as $515.00.

smokeless joe

Correction  $566 after taxes and fees but still way below msrp.

All minis on GunBroker are going for top dollar. I guess people are stocking up on them just like AR-15's.

I know that NAA mini revolvers are very fine products, however paying $450-$550 plus any additional fees is not something I'm willing to do.  I'm certain that many people here feel differently and I respect that.

Yeah I'm not paying that for a mini. I think I did drop 475 on the eb Ranger II but that's cause it was special  ;D

All the others were in the 200-250 range I think

Bigbird48

Yea their getting out of control on the prices. I have 7 and don't think I'll get anymore unless theirs a significant price drop. Sorry NAA :(

Wait out the Pandemic and the election. Vote 2A. Then there will be plenty around to buy when Trump is re-elected. 8)

I was thinking the same thing.

From all the still-empty shelves I'm guessing that the firearm and ammo manufacturers are not adding new staff and machinery, but rather are gonna just ride out the cycle and sell everything they can make with their current setups at whatever prices the market will bring.

That is only if the Left does not lose its mind upon the re-election of Trump. Has anybody thought what the Left may do if Trump wins again? They lost their minds the first time and have gone to far extremes to destroy everything; just imagine the possibilities if he were to win again.  8)

I can think of a couple of possibilities that would make getting any arms or ammunition extremely difficult due to lack of supply.  :o

the left is buying guns at a rapid rate now too.

If Trump wins:
The rioters will burn this country down.
Because they hate him and all he stands for.

If Biden wins:
The rioters will bury this country down.
Because they will have the unopposed freedom to burn it.
The socialists want to destroy all that came before them.

Yes, I have thought about that too. Stock up where you can, because it may get ugly. But as to new, I don't think the prospects won't change before the election. I hope it does not blow into civil violence and having to take a stand, But I am not too sure. It would help if we got rid of Pelosi, Schumer, and the long term politicians (the list is long). Trump making Ginsburg's replacement will help.

Not the greatest picture quality, but here it is...

If it's the really older model you will have to send it in for the newer cylinder pin. Mine had the older style & the pin backed up each time you fired a magnum round & made it a VERY slow single shot pistol. You couldn't just push the pin back in, it caused a bad jamb. I might prefer the 1 5/8" magnum pistol IF it were available here in the DPRK. The 1/8" gives up too much performance & the Black Widow adds a bit too much bulk. I like my BW but I think I might prefer the smaller one.

Has anyone else heard of this and/or have experienced this?

Wumbey Goomba

In looking at your picture, it looks to
me like you have a older model, that's
already got a updated cylinder pin.

josp

My advice is, you can't just have one......

ksblazer

Congrats on getting a Black Widow. Hope you get the chance to take it out and shoot it soon. If you do, be sure to give us a range report.

Enjoy

Bigbird48
