Mini revolver collection

Howdy everyone, I bought a few mini revolvers that came with some belt buckles about three years ago. I've been able to research production dates using the internet but have one mystery left. There is a belt buckle that has a snake on both sides of the buckle with NAA on the bottom. Does anyone know the production date on these ?
