Another round of "going through" our "New/Old Stock"

According to our accountant, any stock laying around at the end of the inventory year costs us money  :o (math, figures, they're all beyond my paygrade)  :o

This is a "reject" because it was molded to the wrong gun!  The Holster is safe and serviceable.

It is molded to a "Magnum" 1 5/8" Barrel and the "fit is fine" with great retention.

The stitch line is for a different gun but the Holster was molded to the 1 5/8" Magnum. So it looks "odd"  :o

Since it doesn't pass QC cosmetically but does function, I would rather give it to someone here that would be able to use it than toss it in the trash.

It is a Right Hand Carry Cross draw Holster. (Wear on your Left Hip)

Chestnut with gold stitching

The cost is $5.00 to cover shipping (PayPal [email protected])

It goes to the first response on the thread  ;)

BTW... The 1 5/8" Magnum is NOT included!  :o

If that is ranger stitching, could someone adjust the fit for a ranger?

Boisesteve

1 5/8" magnum??  That's my daily carry, and has been so for decades!
If not too late, I'LL TAKE IT.

Welllllll..... No guarantee that would work and, I don't believe it will work  ;)  But sometimes I'm wrong  ::)
This was done prior to me ever having access to the Ranger II. It's been around for quite a while.
After looking at the stitch line I have no idea what gun that might be for. (It doesn't match the Ranger stitch line we use)
But, I do know what it was molded with!

Rick, this is very generous of you. THANK YOU!!  ($ headed your way!)
PS  Sorry about the delay replying to you; after an early NAA Forum view over breakfast, spouse and went hiking all day.

Thinking about it and seeing Rick's reply, it does seem like a bad idea.  Kind of wish I had a 1 5/8" magnum at the time I first saw the offer.

This is very generous of Rick.

Give me some duct tape a paper clip and a q-tip,
I'll make it fit.

There are more coming.  Everyone here has helped me and I appreciate that.

These Holsters have been hanging out at the shop for too long.  Only because they were cosmetically flawed or we changed the pattern to a new style.

When the accountant said to dispose of them to help the bottom line... I couldn't throw them away.

I figured someone could use them for "Work Holsters" or something.  I'm happy to get the shipping covered!

I do have one that...
for some reason is 3/16" too short for the 1 5/8" magnum but... about 3/16" too long for the 1 1/8" Magnum
I would say that is a Reject X 2! lol!!! ;)
It may have been molded for a Sidewinder but I tried that in it and I didn't like how it fit either!
Let me know if you want it josp, your first. If not, someone else might  ;)

Yay Rick, and THANK YOU again. It has arrived!
I've 'won' three times in my life. This holster is the most recent.
Around 20 years ago I went to a conference in my new specialty that was sponsored by the equipment manufacturer Pentax. And I won the door prize, a little Pentax camera.
The only other time I've won, the 'prize' changed my sorry life for the better, and that was 30 years ago when I met my wife.
Life is good.
