OV-1D,

Thank you.  The Good Lord never said life would be easy. But some of those spots can be certainly rough!!

Having nice friends like you on this forum makes thigs so much easier.  And to have Uncle Lee tell me to store things in shoe boxes and drink coffee.............................nothing can be better than that.

The Good Lord designed life so you will not come to your gravesite in a pristine body and calm demeanor.
I plan on coming in,skiding sideways on a motorcycle (with a co-ed on back, naked) screaming holy sh-- what a ride!!!!!!!!!

Wandered off thread a bit.

It?s official, Top Dog, you?re my hero!  I?ll do my best to follow your advice!  Been buying the guns I?ve wanted and shooting when I feel like it.

Copfish,

Thank you for the compliment.

Always nice to see that the folks on this forum can sit down and think a situation through instead of being like other folks just going off and doing something STEWPID!

I have said this many times, the beauty of these NAA minis is that besides being superbly made, they can always be with you.

Just like the post above yours, there is a person who packs a nice mini along with a SAK.  Can handle many everyday chores with an SAK,no need for a 7 inch blade "survival knife".

I started shooting at the age of  5 or 6 and harvested my first deer at age 7.  Used my Dad's 12 ga,Iver Johnson single shot with 32 inch bbl. Three things happened, gun went off, deer went down and I went back and down on my butt!!!

Uncle Lee & Canoeal,

You may be down a bit but certainly not out.  Whatever quality time you spend doing your favorite things, enjoy them.

I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and yelling like his passengers.

TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

Funny thing you should mention the Hindenburg.  My father was a young man living just a couple of miles away from Lakehurst,NJ when that tragedy took place.

He still remembered the radio announcer crying describing the horror as it unfolded.
