After four years of trying not to over pay for my first Mini in my area, I was finally able to find a Black Widow. I watched two last year go for over $1k .I scored an early lot at a gun auction.  First range trip , hitting Gatorade caps at 15 yds,  pretty sure everyone should own a dozen! Cannot be happier with mine!

Welcome to the show. wow a k for a BW there not that hard to find I can't imagine paying more then 400 and thats high. But glad you got one and are happy :)

Welcome JDB3. The Black Widow is a good solid choice for your first mini. Got your eye on a second one yet  ;)

Yipe! I have one here in the DPRK I would let go for a bit less than that.

First welcome to the forum. You made a good choice there but any NAA mini is great.

What Smokeless Joe said is true, when you have one, there will be more to follow?? 1K????  that is way too high.

Now if you do what Uncle Lee does and store it in a shoebox..........before long..............there will be two (or more).

Being you have purchased your first mini.............................you have the NAA Mini Covid Virus Variant and the only "booster" for that is lots of range time.

Congratulations.   You will love your BW.  I know I love mine.  I love my Sidewinder even more.

Fun?   If you have the LR cylinder, find you some shorts.

Welcome to the mad house JDP3.
There is no thread drift here.
A lot of folks here are very old (some are cranky) and say what they think when they think it or else they forget it and it is gone.
To keep braggarts at bay, if something outstanding is posted, there must be a picture with it or it didn't happen.

No drift? Ha-ha!
Very old? Not me, I'm just getting old. Very comes later.
Cranky? Maybe one or two (I'm being nice).

Welcome JDB3!

JB,
There, you went and did it. Showed the NAA Mini to your wife and now they will multiply for sure.

Did you store it in a shoebox???  Sure way to cause them to increase in numbers.

Let us know about your next two....or will it be three??

Minimum 3  ;)

I think it even applies to Guardians. I couldn't help myself buying two. I have occasional fantasies of one in .22.
