1st Mini- CVANG grip question...

Just purchased my first mini (1 1/8th magnum) the other day after wanting one off and on since I first saw one at a gun show as a kid. My first thought after extensive handling was that I really need more LENGTH on the grips- the width is just fine for me but I would like to get another finger on there while avoiding the trigger pinch I get now with two fingers. Questions:
-The CVANG grips look like the ticket for me but I was wondering how much longer the grips are than standard magnum grips (in inches or cm)??? I still want to pocket carry and don't want to compromise pocket concealment.

-Is the CVANG website the best place/only place to order?? When I go to add a black acrylic grip with finger groves to my cart it prompts me to choose a color and finger grooves option in addition to the black(the colors are all dymondwood colors) ???

Thanks for any input!

First, WELCOME TO THE FORUM!

I do not own a set of the grips in question, but I have handled a set on a Mini mag. The following thoughts are based on my memory. If an owner chimes in, take his/her facts over mine.

They are perhaps 3/8" - 3/4" longer, and not any wider. As a nice touch, they also incorporate a recoil shield. The minis have performed admirably for many, many years without them, but still a nice touch. The appearance of the grips made me feel they would be too big, and not fit comfortably in my pocket. This is why I have been holding off getting a set. I am happy to report that, while I am rarely wrong, this time I was "A little short on being right." The little time I was able to carry it in my pocket, I was very impressed. They carried very well. While I have not fired a gun with them on it, I do suspect the control over the mini will be much more positive. I am quite content with the "standard" style grip offered by NAA. I will, however, put these on my "to get" list, maybe for my birthday in the spring.

I carry two minis daily with Cvang grips.
They are a little bigger than the birdshead grips but the way they fit the hand is worth it.
Two fingers fit on the grips easy and the middle finger is not behind the trigger to interfer with the trigger pull.

Appreciate the feedback and the warm welcomes! I think I will go ahead and order a set once I figure out the add to cart anomaly.

If you get a set and you don't like them, let me know.

Will do- I'm sure they are just the ticket for what I need..... Just ordered a black acrylic set with finger grooves. The rosewood ones looked great too but I decided to save some cash for a pocket holster.
