oversized wood grips?

simple question.  Are the oversized wooden grips thicker side to side than the standard rubber black widow grips?  I would like something a tad thicker than the oversized rubber grips.  THANKS

They are just a tad wider. They seem a bit rounder when looking at them from the rear, whereas the rubber Secret Service grips seem a bit more oval shaped.
