Just Purchased new 22 mag Pistol and Belt Buckle Holster does not work

How come when you buy a brand new pistol the 22 mag NAA and you get the NAA Belt Buckle Holster the pistol does not fit in not even close the hole for the cylinder does not line up and its to long to fit into the retractable snap, i cannot believe this company sells this to us the customers and it does not work can anyone tell me about the madness of this, i think its terrible and I will tell all my customers not to buy this product i dont want to have to deal with this all the time. I am so upset.

I understand you're upset, but please give us and NAA a chance to help you. You don't give enough info, like which gun (to be sure) and barrel length. We don't work for NAA, we just like their stuff.

NAA's Customer Service is excellent.

I would suggest calling them during business hours, 800-821-5783.

Might be, but give him some time. Look at the date of his post (09/17) and the date it showed up (09/27). So he's on probation and doesn't know how long it takes for a moderator to approve his post (in this case 10 days). He was probably wondering several days ago why nobody responded to his post, not realizing that no one but a moderator could see it for 10 days. And if and when he replies, it will likely be a week or so before anybody but a moderator sees it. He may have already replied, but none of us know it or may know it for a week or so. Very frustrating for new users. I know because I just went through it. No one wants the spammers, but I wonder how much new blood gets turned off by this process. $:-\$

He did say the cylinder doesn't line up either.

Maybe it's the Belt Buckle for the Long Rifle Model but he has a Magnum?

It might be as easy as exchanging the Belt Buckle? Photos would help out.

I just checked, NAA shows the fancy buckle for just the LR, the skeleton buckle for both. NAA does plainly state the fancy buckle is for the LR with 1 1/8 inch barrel, and either buckle only works with the standard wood grips.

I hope not. He shouldn't be embarrassed. We all mess up from time to time and need help fixing what we messed up. If he got the wrong gun for the buckle we can help him fix that or NAA can help him . He just has to call NAA or come back here for a solution.
