NAA Ranger 2 tips?

I like shooting my Ranger, but when I go to eject the brass, the whole (.22 LR) cylinder lifts instead of just the star.  Is there something I?m doing wrong when installing the cylinder?  It also happens with the mag cylinder, but I?m a cheap bastard and shoot mostly LR and carry Mags. Any thoughts or should I send it to NAA Service?

I don't have a Ranger but I've drooled over pictures of them. I've found that some careful polishing of those parts that touch one another, as well as a carefully-applied drop of oil here and there, make my NAAs function much smoother than out-of-the-box.
