why does the top break Ranger II cost $200 more than the Sidewinder in 4 inch barrels? Is it due to demand, lower production, function or just aesthetics?
I'd like all the details before the next gun show.
You may not need it but should have it.

I don't think anyone could honestly say NAA's prices are too high. It seems like demand is there, but production hasn't kept up. All NAAs have good aesthetics. So with the Ranger I'd say it's production cost. They are a more complicated design that takes more steps to make.

"If you make it they will come buy". I can wonder how many more NAA could sell if availability was good. Most people won't wait but just so long before they give up looking.
"If you get it and didn't work for it, someone else worked for it and didn't get it..."

Simply because it is a seller's market right now and has been for a few years now.

Used to be I could look at 3 or 4 different distributors and order almost any mini I wanted. Now, I have to look at 3 or 4 to find one in stock. If I were to hazard a guess, I?d guess NAA is at least several months behind in demand. The dealers that can get them are using gunbroker to make the extra profit, would be my guess.
Guns are a lot like parachutes:

"If you need one and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again"
