Just received new CV black grips in the mail.  Mounted them on a Ranger 1 and they have a bit of sliding play in them.  Sliding forward they bump the back of the cylinder.  Any suggestions?

this has been brought up  many times , doing a search will solve the problem. I cant remember the exact fix. maybe a little tape or paper shim will work

IIRC a small piece of electrical tape ?

Most grips for the Minis these days will require some shimming.

Teflon plumbers' tape.  Thin so easy to shim to the right thickness and more important don't leave a sticky residue when removed.

Mine did not need shimming... ;D ...OV-wan taught me how to make them the right way. Took me several tries to find the right grip shape...
