Just a quick follow up to my previous post.  I took the replacement Black Widow to the range a couple of days ago, and put 50 rounds through it.  It functioned flawlessly.  The only problem was that a few of the spent rounds expanded enough that they were difficult to remove from the cylinder, which I attribute to the ammo, not to the gun.  Since I didn?t want to risk bending the cylinder pin by using it to push them out, I used a hard wood dowel instead.  I?m quite satisfied.

 I made a brass rod with a wooden handle to push our the brass at the range. Don't carry that way though...
