What's going on with NAA?

For the last few days, I've called NAA trying to get a status on a warranty repair. Each time, during their stated normal business hours, My call goes to a recording. " Our office is now Closed". Today I tried at 1015 am pacific time. Got the "office closed" message once again.

Our apologies! We had a cyber security meeting that involved all office staff. The phones will be back on after our lunch (1 pm MTN time).

It's a small company.  One toilet overflows and it's pandemonium.
