Will the cylinder shields migrate to other NAA pistols

One of the nice touches of the Sidewinder are the cylinder shields.  The marks for indexing the cylinder are very helpful.  Will they take it to other guns?

It would seem to make good sense to step their quality line up a notch with all models but then there goes the price . In todays market it wouldn't be too wise to extend oneself unless they have their own abilities on site . Even though NAA has a following like all of us many don't care for very small weapons if any at all . I'm going to get blasted but I consider these pieces more of a novelity more than a service weapon . Their parlor guns just like the ones of the old west , sharpes .22-.32 , remington  four barrels .22-.32 ,two barrels .41 cal even etc.
TO ARMS , TO ARMS the liberal socialists are coming . Load and prime your weapons . Don't shoot till you see their UN patches or the Obama bumper stickers , literally . And shoot any politician that says he wants to help you or us .

No reason for flame no question there is a novelty element here, certainly for me.  I think that is why you see people collect them.  I consider my Rangers and now my Sidewinders wonderful examples of miniature well machines revolvers.   Absolutely great collectables, but they are useful weapons as well.  In a age of polymer guns these are like fine watches.  You don't see many cased sets of polymers.

Don't get me wrong the quality is most definitly there , check out the test area for my mini's . Have one more picture to post yet . Very convinent to collect I think anyways .

It would be nice, but it would also require some re-tooling. Once it is time to re-do the tooling, I suspect we will see recoil shields. Prior to that, it would definitely drive costs up. Of course, Sandy has the last word...

....it would be kinda of nice if I was wrong....:)
Guns are a lot like parachutes:

Hi OV-1D! Thanks for the support on another area of the forum and once again beautiful and impressive collection. Certainly no flaming or disrespect here, and I will agree there is certainly a novelty factor to all the minis, and I personally consider them a beautiful work of art. However i purchased mine specifically for CC. I carry mine every day in a neck holster, and it is on me from the time I rise in the AM until I go to sleep at night. Than its on my night stand beside me. I have other weapons for home defense, and originally carried a 9mm, but I found it was often uncomfortable, and I had to plan my wardrobe around it, which was a pain in the butt especially as I tend to be a T-shirt and shorts kind of guy. As I live in S TX and we tend to have HOT summers, and moderate winters it can be a real chalange to find proper attire for cc. There is a saying that S TX has 2 seasons, HOT and not so hot lol. Anyways, I found I would often leave my 9 in the car or even at home. While I know a 22 is no match for most high caliber weapons, I figure a gun is a gun and the Mini is so small that I have it with me at all times and barely notice it is even there! While almost everyone else on this forum would argue that at best a mini is only good as a 2nd or even 3rd backup, I live and tend to travel in fairly safe areas, and for over 40 years carried no gun at all on me unless I was going to the range, so this is a step up. Anyways, glad to be on here and looking forward to making new friends even though I may be off to a bit of a rocky start with my moderation post lol.

Freaking DITTO!

I never carried any gun for my whole life (55 Years Old Retried Navy) at any time. But I have been around guns and shooting since I was about 16 years old.

2 years ago AZ passed the right to concealed carry to all non felon AZ citizens. I work in a dental office setting on computers. I have to dress nice. I bought the BW Mag as a Christmas present for myself back in November. My wife let me use it soon as I got it. I have been carrying it ever since then in my front pocket. NO ONE knows its there.
