Shot the Short NAA recently and I getting it figured out where to hold the sights to hit the target, now I'm thinking about changing the grips because the stock wood grips aren't going to do it for me with the idea I have for holding it is going to rely on my two knuckles, my middle finger, and possibly my thumb pressing on the backstrap.

So, extra length on the grips really isn't needed, I'm willing to consider it to get my ring finger on it, but I'm leaning towards the rubber cobblestone grips because they've got texture to them would help maintain my grip and I'll probably add some skateboard tape on the backstrap and maybe the bottom half of the frontstrap.

How do we like the rubber cobblestone grips here?

I got the rosewood boot grips for my 22lr mini from Naa. They made all the difference in the world for cocking and shooting the gun with minimum increase in overall size.

Of course what's good for one is not always good for another.

OLD and GRUMPY

Don't have the short.I have lr and mag. But the factory grips are too slick. I like the tape idea. I use black athletic tape. One wrap around the whole grip makes it %100 better with out making the grip bigger. Rubber grips may get slippery with  sweat or hand lotion. That tape will not damage the finish. Took it off after a year it came off clean. Skate board tape probably has a heavy glue.

Be careful if you follow the masses - Sometimes the M is silent

I like the Revision CV Grips

They are a little larger but make a huge difference in holding and shooting the Short and/or Long Rifle Revolvers

I'm not sure if they are available anymore. I don't see the small frame grips on the website

Those Revision grips I would consider for the magnum frame if I was having issues with those, but they're too big for the smaller frame minis.

My goal here is to have a setup that would work for both a one handed and two handed grip. Hopefully some day in the future someone makes laser sight grips for the small frames again.
